Hello Makenzie, great work on your drawings; your plushies are so cute!
I’ve seen a similar advertisement at a clothing store where you can buy a plushie, and each purchase is a donation to the sea creature, which I find heartwarming.
Your advertisement is looking great. I like how you bolded the words in your title because it highlights on whatever are you representing prior to your advertisement, besides buying a plushie. A detail I really enjoyed is that the bolded words are in the center, which is a great way to grab viewers’ attention. I also think having the “limited-time” text is a nice touch in your advertisement to let the viewers know that it is only happening for a certain number of days and will need to purchase in advance before it’s all gone. If this advertisement were real, I would post it on any type of social media because you can add a quick link to the website to donate; that way, viewers can feel excited to buy because of the “donate today” text in your advertisement.
Overall, this is a great advertisement and idea to donate to the zoo about endangered animals by purchasing plushies. Fantastic job on your artwork and logo!
Hi Mykenzie, I really like your advertisement!
I respect the fact that you drew your products instead of relying on AI. It’s apparent that you put a lot of effort into this assignment, and I love the creativity. The product itself is super cute, and I think the composition of your advertisement makes it appealing to your target audience. The color scheme works well together, and gives off those “jungle” vibes that align perfectly with your brand. I think including “limited time” in the advertisement was smart because you’re making it known to consumers that this product is scarce, which is one of the reasons people are generally persuaded to buy things. When a product is scarce, people feel more pressure to purchase it because it creates a sense of competition between other buyers. Additionally, I think the line “an endangered animal is saved with every purchase” also makes a compelling call to action. If people know that their money is going towards a meaningful cause, then they’ll want to make a contribution. Generally, people feel better when they know they’re making a positive impact on something; this product enables them to feel good about their financial decisions, while also guaranteeing a cute plushie! Overall, awesome job on this!
Hi Mykenzie, great work! Fantastic job with creating a product people want to buy, and absolutely fantastic art. This looks like a poster advertisement you’d find at the zoo. The colors and theme synchronize to pop, and the stuffed animals look like they were based on a real product. Your passion for art really shines through here.
How did you pick which animals to use and how to depict them as toys? I think most people wouldn’t associate a giraffe or toucan as endangered. It’s very impressive and interesting for you to subconsciously raise awareness for them. Are there other animals you would include in this line? How much of the choice was based on your love of the animal and how much was the efficiency to draw those specific ones?
Also, it’s wildly impressive that you created a project this eye-catching artistically, without the use of AI. I think the temptation for most is to make something easy, especially in modern advertising. Not only is the work itself impressive, but I’m in awe of your dedication to your craft. Was this in photoshop or another program? Did you hand draw on paper first or did you use a drawing tablet?
